How do I return an item?
Here at Spartan Adult we have earned the BEST reputation in our industry for service and satisfaction. We want to make sure every order you place is a great experience and that we quickly resolve any concerns you might have. We stand behind all of our products, so we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery on the following basis:
- Your goods are faulty or not as described and you would like an exchange. We will provide a free return label.
- You no longer want or don't like the goods:
- For unopened items, we will provide store credit for price paid minus a 20% restocking fee. You pay for return shipping.
- For opened or used items, we cannot accept returns for sanitary reasons. However, we will provide courtesy store credit for price paid minus a 30-50% loss fee depending on the item.
Our store credits NEVER expire.
We cannot accept returns without an RMA, so please contact the customer service first.
How do I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it usually cannot be canceled. Due to the streamlined nature of our processing, orders are sent immediately for shipping and we are unable to retrieve individual packages due to the high volume and the high speed of fulfillment.
Can I cancel a custom doll order?
It takes a lot of resources to make a custom doll. If you wish to cancel a custom doll order before it ships, we may be able to do that for a 30% cancellation fee.
