Registration and Password

Return Policy

  • If your purchase is defective, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement. Because sex products cannot be resold for sanitary reasons, there are no refunds. 
  • If you no longer want or don't like the goods (too big, too small, changed your mind, got something else, not feeling it, not into it, etc.), we do not accept returns based on this reason because as soon as you receive your product, it becomes used, and we are not allowed to resell used sex products based on sanitary regulations. 

Shipping Damage

  • When you use your doll extensively, chances are that sooner or later you will run into a need to fix a light scratch or a small tear. This is a normal part of doll ownership. If your doll was unlucky enough to get a scratch or a small rip during shipping, use this as an opportunity to learn simple repair techniques that you will eventually need anyway.  

  • If your doll arrived with a scratch, use these simple instructions to repair it easily. 
  • If there's a small rip or a tear, use these repair instructions. 
  • Easily fixable scratches and small rips do not qualify for a doll replacement. These are very simple repairs that are a part of doll ownership. Basic home repairs are effective and cost next to nothing while it costs thousands of dollars to send a new doll, so please understand. For more serious damage, you have the next option.
  • If your doll arrived irreparably damaged, call Fedex at 1-800-GO-FEDEX or UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to open a damage claim, then email us with your claim number and photos of the damage, including the photos of the damaged box, a photo of the shipping label, and a photo of the Customs inspection label if applicable. Once Fedex or UPS approves your claim, we will send you a replacement. There are no refunds on custom sex products. 

We cannot accept returns without an RMA, so please contact customer service first. If you send a package back without an RMA, it will be returned back to you and this will incur very high shipping fees (it is very expensive to ship dolls by air) and you may be liable for these fees.  

 

Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel a ready-to-ship order?

Our Cancellation Policy does not allow cancellations for ready-to-ship items. By placing an order with our store, you agree to our Terms of Service, including our Cancellation Policy. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Due to the streamlined nature of our processing, orders are sent immediately for shipping and we are unable to retrieve individual packages due to the high volume and the high speed of fulfillment. Even if you send us a message requesting a cancellation 5 minutes after placing your order, your message usually will be read long after your package has already left the warehouse. Yes, our fulfillment is that fast. Our policies are not negotiable, and there are no exceptions.

Can I cancel a made-to-order doll order?

It takes a lot of resources to make a doll, and our artisans hand-craft it specifically for you to your custom specifications. With some models, an artist comes to work every day for 2 weeks just to individually implant hair to your doll strand by strand. Because there are dozens of dolls, each with hundreds of possible configurations, if you cancel it, it may be months or years before someone else orders a doll with the exact same configuration. That being said, we understand that life happens and sometimes you have to cancel a made-to-order custom doll when it is already in production. If you cancel early, we may be able to provide a cancellation with a 50% cancellation fee to cover wasted resources. Cancellations are not guaranteed. When requesting a cancellation, you must confirm that you are aware of the cancellation fee. This policy and the cancellation fee are not negotiable, and there are no exceptions.

Customer Care
SpartanLover.com will make every effort to respond to your customer queries, feedback and order information as quickly as possible. However, due to fluctuating order volume, there may be delays in our response time to your request. Please submit any requests by using the email forms located on our 'Contact Us' page, and throughout the site.

Pricing
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by SpartanLover.com is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Price Match

Because it is easy to list a fraudulent offer on the Internet, particularly on obscure websites and various marketplaces, we reserve the right to determine whether the offer from another vendor meets the legitimacy requirements for our price match guarantee. 


PROMOTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Information
Promotions are: Sales, Deals, Kits, Coupons and Discount Codes. We may introduce other price-reducing incentives intermittently, which will also fall under these terms and conditions.

Only one promotion can be applied to each product purchased from the website. For example: if you have a coupon discount code applied to a product and you consider purchasing that product in a deal or a kit (with a bundle of several other eligible products for the discounted price that applies to the deal/bundle), then you must choose which promotion to apply. You can purchase the product by choosing the kit or you can purchase each product from the kit a la carte and then apply the coupon to the selected product only. Please select the most effective option for your purchases.

Information Collection and Use
SpartanLover.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. SpartanLover.com collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Registration
If a user chooses to register with our site, a user is required to give the following: a unique password, a unique user name and an optional email. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

Order
We request information from the user on our order form. Here, a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.
